The core of my training philosophy is to start with the head, then complete the triangle with nutrition and training. I believe that by becoming mentally strong first, you can make anything happen.

For clients, I offer a realistic, back to basics approach that works on the body and the mind, gets results, and includes a strong element of fun and variety – to make sure they stay motivated and enthusiastic. I believe if you get the basics right, you’re well on the way to having a healthy life full of fitness and vitality.
