Ingredients
- 100g ground oats
- 4 egg whites
- 200g cooked sweet potato
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 15g granulated stevia
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp all spice
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Method
- Preheat oven to 160c.
- Put all ingredients into a blender and pour into an oven proof baking dish.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes (until skewer comes out clean).
