BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  1. 2-3 large handfuls of frozen or fresh mixed berries
  2. 1 banana
  3. 2 tablespoons of low fat yoghurt (preferably natural)
  4. Pinch of cinnamon powder
  5. 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  6. Skimmed milk to dilute
  7. 1 scoop protein powder (any flavour but I prefer vanilla)
  8. 2 teaspoons of udo’s oil

 

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients into a liquidizer and blend until smooth.
