Ingredients
- 2-3 large handfuls of frozen or fresh mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons of low fat yoghurt (preferably natural)
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- Skimmed milk to dilute
- 1 scoop protein powder (any flavour but I prefer vanilla)
- 2 teaspoons of udo’s oil
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a liquidizer and blend until smooth.
