Breakfast on the run

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup skimmed milk
  2. ½ cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries
  3. ½ cup fat free greek yoghurt
  4. ¼ cup of uncooked oats
  5. 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

 

Method

  1. Simply blend altogether in a juicer/blender
  2. Add cold water to achieve the consistency you like.
