Chest Stretch

  1. Stand next to a doorframe.
  2. Raise your elbow up to shoulder height and place your hand and elbow flat against the frame.
  3. Slowly and gently rotate your upper body away from your elbow.
  4. You should feel the stretch across the front of your shoulder and chest.
  5. Hold for 30 seconds and then repeat for the other side.
