Dumbell Incline Chest Press

A great exercise to work the chest, triceps and shoulders. Make sure to stretch it out at the end so you don’t become too tight and round shouldered.

  1. Lie on a bench with the backrest inclined at 45-60 degrees.
  2. Hold the dumbbells above your chest with your palms turned toward your feet.
  3. Lower the dumbbells to chest level.
  4. Press the dumbbells straight up above the chest.
