Gingered Salmon Steaks

 

  1. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  2. ¼ tsp garlic powder
  3. 1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
  4. 1 x 6-8oz salmon steak
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 2 lime wedges

Method

  1. Combine the soy, garlic and ginger in a bowl and marinate the salmon for 1 hour
  2. Heat the oil in a griddle pan on a medium heat
  3. Add the salmon steak and sear for a total of 8-10 minutes, turn once half way through
  4. Squeeze the fresh lime wedges over the steak
  5. Serve with your favourite mixed green salad
