- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp fresh ginger finely chopped
- 1 x 6-8oz salmon steak
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lime wedges
Method
- Combine the soy, garlic and ginger in a bowl and marinate the salmon for 1 hour
- Heat the oil in a griddle pan on a medium heat
- Add the salmon steak and sear for a total of 8-10 minutes, turn once half way through
- Squeeze the fresh lime wedges over the steak
- Serve with your favourite mixed green salad
