Ingredients
- 1 cup egg whites
- ¼ cup oats
- Small handful of walnuts
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ½ scoop of vanilla or banana whey protein (I like Gaspari MyoFusion)
- ¼ cup of mixed fresh or frozen berries
Method
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender
- Heat a non stick frying pan to a medium heat
- Spoon large tablespoons of the mixture unto the pan
- Once bubbles form on the top flip the pancake over and cook until golden
- Top with a little sugar free jam or syrup
