Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup egg whites
  2. ¼ cup oats
  3. Small handful of walnuts
  4. Pinch of cinnamon
  5. ½ scoop of vanilla or banana whey protein (I like Gaspari MyoFusion)
  6. ¼ cup of mixed fresh or frozen berries



Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender
  2. Heat a non stick frying pan to a medium heat
  3. Spoon large tablespoons of the mixture unto the pan
  4. Once bubbles form on the top flip the pancake over and cook until golden
  5. Top with a little sugar free jam or syrup
