SWEET POTATO PROTEIN BARS


Ingredients

  1. 100g ground oats
  2. 4 egg whites
  3. 200g cooked sweet potato
  4. 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  5. 15g granulated stevia
  6. 2 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  8. 1/4 tsp salt
  9. 1/8 tsp all spice
  10. 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160c.
  2. Put all ingredients into a blender and pour into an oven proof baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes (until skewer comes out clean).
